​MACC Commercial Properties provides a complete, integrated approach to commercial real estate. We go beyond leasing and traditional design-build services by supporting clients through every stage of the process, including concept development, site selection, planning, building design, construction management, and long-term property management.

With an in-house construction team and a dedicated property management team, MACC delivers a seamless experience from the first idea to the finished building — and well beyond occupancy. Our property management services include day-to-day maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, repairs, tenant support, and ongoing building care to ensure our properties remain clean, safe, efficient, and well maintained year-round.

MACC is small enough to provide responsive, personalized service, yet large enough to deliver the certainty clients depend on, including reliable timelines, fixed pricing, and firm lease rates.

While our core business is focused on light industrial and warehousing properties, MACC has expanded its expertise through strategic partnerships. We partnered with a reputable real estate company to create Fusion Commercial Properties, which focuses on heritage properties. We have also collaborated with another respected company to establish Three Creek Developments Inc., operating under the name Bonvie Place, which focuses on multi-residential buildings.

In 2022, MACC Commercial Properties launched MACC Construction Inc., a full-service construction management company built on the same values of integrity, efficiency, quality, and long-term vision that define MACC Commercial.

WHO WE ARE

MACC Commercial Properties is a family-owned and managed New Brunswick company that provides office, retail, and warehousing environments, as well as multi-residential apartments, to a diverse clientele. For more than 28 years, the company has operated with small-town values such as personalized service, commitment, a strong work ethic, integrity, and loyalty. Today, our property portfolio exceeds 1 million square feet and continues to grow. Our properties are strategically located, offering tenants easy access to major international airports, key highway transportation routes, and downtown centers.

OUR HISTORY

MACC Commercial Properties was founded in Dieppe, NB, in 1996 by local entrepreneur Normand Caissie with the acquisition of its first building near the Greater Moncton International Airport. A few years later, the company began expanding by constructing additional buildings around the Greater Moncton International Airport, and has since extended their reach to Dartmouth, NS, and the Greater Toronto Area. Today, the company aims to expand its portfolio across Canada by providing current and potential tenants with high-quality properties in all asset classes.
